Web Summit – Participation benefits for the Startup that is selected to enter the event

Meet the speakers joining us online at Web Summit. They come from all industries. 

• Investor Meetings 

Investor Meetings are a series of pre-scheduled meetings between investors from major funds and the most promising startups joining Web Summit.

• The meetings will be requested by investors based on their startup profile
• Not all startups will be chosen for Investor Meetings. If selected, you will receive an email invitation from your startup success manager
• If selected, a maximum of two members of your team can participate

Over 90% of participating startups expect to meet investors at Web Summit, with that in mind we make Investor Meetings easy for you! All startups are automatically registered for Investor Meetings, there are no forms to fill out. 

Our investors will have access to a portal where they will be able to view a database of startups (randomly assorted). From here investors can search and filter the startups they would like to meet. Investors will be able to see the profile you have filled out, as well as your pitch deck, and invite you to attend a meeting during the Web Summit.

Unfortunately, not all startups are chosen for Investor Meetings, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have the opportunity to meet investors.

• Startup Masterclasses

Startup masterclasses are back to provide interactive classroom sessions hosted by major investment funds, partners, and accelerators present at Web Summit.

The 30-minute masterclasses include a 10-minute Q&A session at the end for startups to submit live questions directly to the host. Get the tips and insights you’re looking for in our interactive online masterclasses.

• Startup Roundtables

For the Web Summit, we will hold twelve roundtables specifically for startups. To facilitate a productive conversation, there is a reduced capacity for these discussions. 

If you are interested in participating in the discussion, you will have the opportunity to showcase your startup to an audience of up to 2,000 people:
