🚀 StartUP Voucher 2025-2026: Empowering Young Entrepreneurs for Tech and Sustainability
The StartUP Voucher is back! Promoted by IAPMEI, this initiative aims to empower young people under 29 to create their own jobs, focusing on technology-based businesses and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This new edition incorporates the experience of previous rounds and brings a renewed commitment to sustainable innovation and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices.

âś… Who can apply?
- Young graduates up to 29 years old;
- Not currently studying, training, or working;
- Business idea in early stage;
- Fiscal residence in NUTS II North, Centre, or Alentejo regions (Portugal).
💡 What’s included?
- Monthly grant of €900 (up to 2 grants per project);
- Progress prizes of €1,500 (2nd & 3rd phases);
- Completion prize of €2,000 upon business creation.
Participants also get:
- Access to the National Network of Incubators and Mentors;
- Participation in bootcamps, skill labs, technical clinics, Demo Days;
- Full immersion in entrepreneurial ecosystems;
- Specialised support in ESG and SDG (2030 Council).
