Agricon Business

Agricon Business is a startup participating in The Venture Builder’s Softlanding Europe 2023, a tailor-made program. The startup connects the rural producer to the global buyer in a direct, dynamic and disruptive way.

Agricon intends to bring to agribusiness a new vision through a blockchain platform that revolutionizes and creates a new way to commercialize agricultural products. It prioritizes traceability of its processes and commercialized agricultural products.

The startup’s mission is to perpetuate an integrated commercial network of transactions for various agricultural products. To offer its customers solutions that add technology and sustainability, with the goal of promoting transparent, secure, and profitable connections.

As for the characteristics of its business model: the rural producer registers his LOT (selling interest), while the global buyer registers his LOI (buying interest). The startup’s technology crosses the information and connects the ends. Through logistics and operational partners the process of withdrawal and delivery of the product sold is managed.
